This is the rudder spar. I have been making parts for the tail while waiting for tools or aluminum to arrive. I usually order one or two sheets at a time and I don't always keep track of how much I have on hand. Sometimes I run out. I know other people don't have this problem, it's just something we have to live with. *duh*
