This is how I wrapped Bulkhead C. I hung some eye hooks in the rafters of the garage, drilled some holes in the top of the aluminum and strung it up. You can adjust the strings so the bottom of it hangs against the bottom of the Bulkhead C and D. I then used a Dremel tool with a 90° angle attachment to drill the holes.
