This is an air nibbler. It is a metal eating demon! I use it to cut the metal just outside of the final dimensions. It makes very short work of cutting out the bulkheads. We bought the nibbler on October 3rd, after hand cutting 3 bulkheads each. Patti says "Hooray! no more blisters!"

After I am done with the nibbler, I then sand all around the outside to the final dimensions with a belt sander. This cleans up the rough edge left by the nibbler and gets to the cut line very quickly.
