HIGHLIGHT

Another fun one with a LOT of possibilities. The various parameters, as shown below, include radius, intensity, color adjustment, gamma correction streak count etc. The left hibiscus, in the opening graphic, was done with the highlight filter along with changing the blend mode on the PSP Layer Palette and reducing the opacity.

Presets include blue streak; saturated highlights; saturated lowlights; sb-Cartoon highlights; sb-curtains; sb-Dodge Art; sb-Dodge Art2; sb- Flame Face; and wusch.

Mosaic Plane

The parameters are listed below. I have to admit that I haven't done a lot of experimenting with this particular filter.

Presets in the .cfg file are Floor; half'n'half; Karo; The Look; and Upside Down.

RADIAL BLUR

The radial blur is a high quality radial blur that can give an awesome prism effect. Here are the parameters.

In modes you have normal or abberative to split the colors. You can invert gradient and have a gamma correction, along with several blend options. Presets in the .cfg file include Crash, over the rainbow, sb-sketchselection, slurp, spherize, suck-it-in, and volumetric.

Volumetrics

Of course, I had to play with this just a tad, *winks*, and this is what I came up with.

VOLUMETRICS

Last, but not least, is the Volumetrics filter. You can create blazing, fast impressive light effects as it simulates light passing through your image. I still have a lot of experimenting to do with this one, but I can tell it's going to be something fantastic. A lot of parameters to adjust the effect just for your needs.

There is color adjustment, gamma correction, ray length, and several blend modes ~ just to name a few. The presets in the .cfg file include absinth, blue star, green flame, hot spot, simple smooth, and smooth shift. I did the previews a little different this time. On a few of them I did a glow on the left hibiscus, highlight on the right hibiscus and then added the volumetrics effect. On the others I used a Peacock tube that I received from my friend Patao, the tube is on a separate layer.

Of course, I had to play *S*

I hope you have enjoyed this explanation of the fantastic new Plug-in. I am looking forward to doing a lot of experimenting and writing a number of tutorials, so be prepared! *winks*
