"Hi Patti! As I've told you before, I'm self-taught in PSP and have been using it for about ten months now. Because I have a software teaching/training background, I'm pretty "anal" about learning things, so I feel I have a good grasp on the 'basics' of PSP. So my initial impression when I opened the first disk was something like this: 'Hmmmm, some things here that I've tried, but don't know much about, like the color replacer tool and the scratch remover tool, but most of the things on this disk I know quite a bit about.' But, again being the anal person that I am, I went through the lessons from beginning to end of the disk.

What a good job you've done. Not only are the lessons well laid out, but they are informative and full of discussion about the features of the tools you're discussing. How hard can it be to use the floodfill tool? I've always thought I used it pretty efficiently, but after sitting through the lesson, I, too, can now floodfill 'smarter, not harder'. I love the fact that the CD can start, stop, and pause giving me an opportunity to check my Preferences along with the tutorials. This CD is so important for the new user, especially when advising the addition of many personal storage folders and how to direct PSP to them. Having the onscreen images of Patti's personal settings is VERY helpful for a quick comparison of my own settings. However, this CD is not exclusive to the new user. There is plenty here not likely to have been explored by the advanced user. I, myself, have played with this CD on a number of occasions, absorbing more and more each time, yet I STILL have not retained it all. And there's nothing like getting tips from an experienced user like Patti.~~ Gail

I'm new to PSP and I have been seen many tutorials and so called how to sites. I'm not even sure how I got to your site, but I once I was there I stayed and looked over all your goodies. Your site was one of the best I had come across. I enjoyed your site so much that when I saw that you offered some CD's I watched the demo and I knew I had to have them both. There are others that offer CD's, but your demo really sold me on your product. I knew it would be worth the money. I sent you my order expected it to take a few weeks to arrive. I could hardly wait for the mailman to arrive. To my total amazement your package arrived 2 days later. I ripped open the envelope and inserted the PSP Essentials CD. I told my family I needed MY time *S*. My time was spent watching and listening to everything on the program. The first chapter "setting up folders" was a God send. I had no idea how to organize all the stuff I had been collecting, but since I'm an organizational fool I knew I had to figure out something. Well thanks to you I'm organized now. Whew what a relief.

I am now on the second (third for a few) round of watching the file list. I can't say THANK YOU enough for sharing your knowledge with others like me. I'm so impressed.
