"Life Patterns"

Life patterns and cycles are very important for you to be aware of. It is necessary to understand what patterns you have created in your life, what lies beneath the creation of these patterns , and what triggers them into action so that you can recognize when to change a pattern that can become destructive to your growth and spiritual expansion. Beneath your conscious awareness are many cycles and patterns that create how you portray yourself to the world. In order to understand your actions, your thoughts, and your feelings, you need to become aware of what patterns you continue to repeat. You can't break what you think is a negative pattern or cycle until you can perceive it.
Patterns and habits exist because of your need to feel secure. If something is familiar to you, you feel more comfortable. That includes all of your behavior. However, to be creative is to break out of old boring patterns so that you can experience a new way of relating to the world. Take an addictive pattern or habit as an example. If any habit has complete control over your behavior, whether you perceive it as positive or negative, your creative ability is cut short. You will not be able to see beyond the desire to repeat the familiar behavior or habit. It does not matter whether that habit has to do with smoking, drinking, eating, sleeping , working or relating with others. If your habit keeps you in a rut, you cannot expand, grow and be creative.

So, you must recognize what "Life Patterns" have a hold on your behavior and work on releasing them to the universe. To free yourself from their hold over your thoughts and actions can be a very difficult thing to do, but, it can be accomplished if you truly want to change your "world-view" and, in turn, what you experience. It does require, however, desire, intention, faith in yourself and a positive outlook.

Life is change, constant change. That is one of the reasons that you hold on to familiar habits. They are your security blanket in this world of turmoil. They help you feel safe in this very volatile world. They also limit your ability to grow, expand, and change into what you desire to become. Belief enters here, as well. If you believe that keeping your habit makes you feel better, safer and more secure than going through life without it, it will be harder to let go of. This belief can keep you from actualizing your dreams. The habit or addictive pattern then becomes more important to you than your goal. So, to reach your goal in life, you must be willing to move beyond your "personal ego-based addictions" and take a risk! You will never know what it is like to live without something until you dare to do so. And, if you do dare, that will promote change in your lifestyle that will lead you into a whole new life experience. Your view of the world will change, your view of yourself will change and you will find the strength and freedom you so desire to possess. You will begin to have a knowingness into human nature from the very act of letting go. Life will take on a new fresh feeling and you will feel more energetic and be more positive. You will realize that you have taken back your "personal power". As you allow the ego self to dissolve and begin to trust your spiritual self, you will regain your freedom as well as feel secure and protected. You will no longer need the "addiction" to feel secure. You will have your trust back in the universe and your God source which will then provide you with all that you desire and need. So be it!!
